Julie Y Baker Albright's oil paintings evoke the Old Masters. She is a sixth generation Vermonter with a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Vermont. Julie started in the arts as a professional potter and held resident potter positions in Vermont's two most notable arts and crafts centers. From clay, she progressed to watercolor and now works exclusively in oil. Her award-winning paintings have been exhibited in many juried exhibitions around the United States. Memberships have included: Oil Painters of America, Copley Society of Boston, and the Academic Artists Association.
